Pottawatomie County Child Care Interest Survey

Pottawatomie County Economic Development and Pottawatomie County Extension Service are conducting a series of surveys to help determine child care needs. Information from the surveys will be used in a USDA grant application to improve child care availability, affordability and accessibility in Pottawatomie County. This survey will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. We need everyone's opinion! If you have questions please contact the Extension office.
